236 West Main

The 236 west Main street property is the one we just purchased to flip and will have it for sale in March. This is a house that was built in 1871 and was one of three houses that made up a family estate. We have already scraped and painted the exterior and have gutted much of the interior. We are repairing all of the dry wall and plaster, painting, repairing the hardwood floors and putting in a new updated kitchen.

We believe in our community.

We moved her several years ago, somewhat on a fluke. We needed a house and many of the ones we wanted already had accepted offers on them. We found an 1885 victorian on South 1st and fell in love with it and the community. The people here are among the nicest we have ever met. I am privelaged to call Evansville my home and I am equally privelaged to be able to work on some of the finest examples of historic architecture that make up this small midwestern town.
